Meet our Camp Directors for 2024!
Pete Peterson
Camp Director
Head coach, Men's Varsity Soccer
Pete rejoined SEHS boys soccer staff in 2017 in his second coaching stint with the school. He earned his USSF B license in 2010 and has 20+ years experience with youth, high school, ODP, collegiate club, NCAA, NJCAA, and WPSL soccer teams. He's coached both genders from ages 5 to 25. In his playing days, Peterson earned 1st team all-state high school and 1st team all-conference collegiate honors. His coaching accolades include Oregon Boys High School Coach of the Year (2008) and Oregon Boys ODP Coach of the Year (2015, 2018). He has a Master's Degree in Recreation and Sports Science for Soccer Coaching from Ohio University.
Peterson's mission is to teach players to play the game of soccer at the highest level they are capable, using the most effective methods in ways that inspire and motivate them to be their best - both on and off the pitch.
Caroline Foskett
Camp Director
Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer
Caroline graduated in 2022 from South Eugene High School where she was a four year varsity player and team captain. She played for Eugene Metro Football Club on Akers Premier for eight years where she was team captain and helped coach younger teams. She played in Women's Professional Soccer League team ETFC Azul in 2021. Caroline just completed her first year at the United States Naval Academy pursing a bachelor of science in Chemical Engineering and will be attending the University of Oregon in the fall studying human physiology and chemistry. Caroline is excited to have a new leadership opportunity focused on developing the women’s soccer team mentally and physically and contributing to the success of a long-standing and wonderful program.
