I understand all uniform turn-ins, trades and changes must be done with MY PLAYERS TEAM by contacting my coach or team manager

I understand uniforms CANNOT be turned in to school office, coach, athletic director or school.

I understand that the EXACT items my player checks out must be returned by my player

I am responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged uniform

I understand BLEACH and HOT DRYER damages my uniform

I understand that my player keeping their soccer gear and paying the replacement fee is not acceptable, my SEHS soccer gear is not for sale.
